Shipping policy

Processing Time: 

We carefully pack and ship all orders within 3 - 5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. 

Shipping Carrier:

We ship via USPS to anywhere in the United States. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2 - 7 business days after being shipped.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Occasionally, we offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop!

Local Pickup:

Local pickup may be available at select events. If we're offering that option, it will be listed at checkout or announced via newsletter or social media! 

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once your order has been handed off to USPS, it is out of our hands (but we'll always do our best to help)! If your package seems to be delayed, let us know, and we'll do our best to assist in tracking it down. 

Shipping Address Accuracy:

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. 

International Shipping:

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
